INFORMATIVE REPORT CUSTOMERS/SUPPLIERS ABOUT THE
PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION FURTHER
TO ART. D.LGS. 30/06/2003 N.196

In compliance to what provided according to and for the effects of art. 13 D.Lgs 30 June 2003, AEP Transducers Srl with registered office in Modena, via Bottego 33/A, in its capacity of owner, informs both customers and suppliers about the purposes and the methods of the treatment of personal data reached, their scope of communication and spread, in addition to their nature and their appointment.

The data subject of the treatment, reached from customers and suppliers, are treated and used, directly to fulfil instrumental aims for the business activity carrying out such as : customer/supplier conduct, recording, invoicing, processing, in the complete respect of both fairness principle and law provisions.

Data treatment is performed through computer procedures or paper support by means of internal operators duly entrusted. The data are kept in both paper and computer records and the minimum safety measurements required by the legislator are ensured.

Personal, accounting and fiscal date are not going to be communicated, sold or exchanged with thirds subjects except eventual communications to third parts for the execution of company functional activities such as: administrative, counting and fiscal ones. In that case the use from third parts is happening in the complete respect of both fairness principle and law dispositions.

The customer/supplier could assert his rights as expressed by the articles 7,8,9, and 10 of D.lgs N. 196 30/6/2003, by addressing to the holder of the treatment. In particular, the customer/supplier keeps the right to obtain the confirmation or not of the presence of his personal data and of their putting at disposal in a intelligible way, the updating, the correction or the data integration, the cancellation or the block of treated data in infringement of the law. Further to art. 24D.Lgs 196/2006 the consent to the treatment of above mentioned data is not necessary as the same are reached to fulfil a law obligation or for the execution of obligations coming from the contract.
