Annex

In compliance with the provisions pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 13 of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, AEP transducers Srl based in Modena, Via Bottego, 33 / A, in its capacity as owner, informs customers and suppliers about what are the purposes and methods of processing the personal data collected, their scope of communication and dissemination, as well as their nature and their conferment. The data subject to processing, collected from customers and suppliers, are processed and used directly to fulfill instrumental purposes for carrying out the business activity such as: customer / supplier management, archiving, billing, processing, in full compliance with the principle of correctness and of the legal provisions. Data processing is carried out through IT procedures or paper supports by specifically appointed internal subjects. The data are stored in paper and computer archives and the minimum security measures provided for by the legislator are ensured. Personal, accounting and tax data will not be disclosed, sold or exchanged with third parties, except for any communications to third parties for the performance of functional activities to the company, such as administrative, accounting and tax. In this case, use by third parties will take place in full compliance with the principle of correctness and the provisions of the law. The customer / supplier will be able to assert his rights as expressed by the articles. 7,8,9 and 10 of the Legislative Decree. 196/2003, by contacting the data controller. In particular, the customer / supplier has the right to obtain confirmation or otherwise of the existence of his personal data and the provision of the same in an intelligible form, the updating, rectification or integration of the data, the cancellation, or the blocking of data processed in violation of the law. Pursuant to Article 24 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, consent to the processing of the aforementioned data is not necessary as they are collected to comply with legal obligations or for the execution of obligations deriving from the contract.
