Our laboratory? A good calibration centre

In our company structure, there is a very good metrology laboratory.

It has been skilfully equipped to present itself as an excellent calibration centre for force, pressure and torque quantities. In 1996, this “corner” of our activity became part of the Italian Calibration Service (SIT) today ACCREDIA.

To reach this point, we have set ourselves a goal that we have achieved slowly and step by step, devoting time and attention to the realization of our project. Inside our laboratory we have also set up an organizational structure able to operate in compliance with UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17025 and to meet the requirements of ACCREDIA.

Who is our service addressed to?

Our ACCREDIA centre is responsible for testing and issuing calibration certificates for dynamometers, load cells, pressure gauges, pressure transmitters and transducers, torque wrenches, torque transducers, screwdrivers and other types of instrumentation. Therefore, we address many types of industries and companies.

Our team performs calibrations following accredited procedures, as well as internationally valid standards and recommendations (e.g. ISO 376, UNI EN 12654, EURAMET cg-17, UNI 11314 and UNI EN ISO 6789). In our laboratory we use automatic machines for force samples; scales and pressure generators, with manual and automatic direct weights; transducers; torque benches and other types of special instruments.

Calibration certificates and not only

Through our ACCREDIA centre, we have issued more than 30,000 calibration certificates. In any case, we have issued detailed and reliable documentation, recognized in all countries that are signatories of the EA and ILAC mutual recognition agreements.

In addition to this important commitment, which we carry out with constancy and pride, our aim is to support the industrial activities that wish to operate using and proposing high quality standards. Therefore, we constantly cooperate with our customers, helping them to operate in an increasingly optimal way.
